Tucker Viemeister

Tucker Viemister, born in Ohio graduated from the Pratt Institute in New York. He then worked in his father's(Read Viemeister) industrial and graphic design firm, Vie Design Studios. He went onto find Smart Design Inc. with Davin Stowell, Tom Dair and Tamara Thomsen. After working at frogdesign in 1997 and 1998, he became Executive Vice President of the Research and Development Department at Razorfish. 
After that, he develped Springtime in the USA, then became President of Springtime-USA.
He continues to be active as a lecturer, critic and competition juror. He has won various awards including ID Magazine's Design Review and the Presidential Achievement Award; his products are in the permanent collection of the the Cooper-Hewitt Museum.
